Draft letter from E Senior [Edward Senior, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner], Assistant Poor Law Commissioner to William Ashton, Clerk to the Guardians of the Basford Poor Law Union, reminding them that there is ample room in the workhouse and that the Commissioners require the rules to be adhered to.
