Description Folio 486. Draft letter from E Senior [Edward Senior, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner], Assistant Poor Law Commissioner to William Ashton, Clerk to the Guardians of the Basford Poor Law Union, reminding them that there is ample room in the workhouse and that the Commissioners require the rules to be adhered to. Annotated: 1841 July 26. Sanction relief, if further relief needed some children to go into workhouse. Paper Number: 8098/B/1841. Poor Law Union Number 334. Counties: Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
