| Description | Folios 680-682. Letter from William Ashton, Clerk to the Guardians of the Basford Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission. He forwards the assessment made on the rateable property in the parish of Kirkby by George Sanderson, Surveyor, Mansfield, [not included]. Also included is a note from Joseph Thompson on behalf of the overseers of Kirkby in Ashfield to Sanderson with his accounts for the survey map and valuation. Annotated: write for the contract.
