Letter from William Ashton, Clerk to the Guardians of the Basford Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission, requesting a copy of the evidence taken in the case of John Parkes by [Edward Senior, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner], as the chairman of the guardians has mislaid the copy earlier sent.
