| Description | Folio 62. Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to Thomas Watkins, Clerk to the Guardians of the Cardiff Poor Law Union, acknowledging receipt of his letter of 14 November 1943. With reference to their communication of 21 August 1843, acknowledges that the bonds of the officers of the Cardiff Poor Law Union have been produced in pursuance of the Commission's requirements and that he has reported the bonds to be correct.
