| Description | Folio 147. Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to E B Edwards, Clerk to the Guardians of the Pontypool Poor Law Union, acknowledging the receipt of his letter of 30 May 1844. From information they have since received, the Commission thinks that the case referred to in their letter of 29 May 1844 belongs to Llantrissent [Llantrisant] parish in the Cardiff Poor Law Union. Should it turn out to be different the Commission communicate the details to the guardians of Pontypool union. Paper Number: 8870/B/1844. Poor Law Union Number 613.
