Description | Folio 411. Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission, to Thomas Watkins, Clerk to the Guardians of the Cardiff Poor Law Union, referring to their letter of 31 January 1846. The Commission has issued an order authorising the application of the Eglwysilan sale in liquidation of a debt claimed against the parish. The Commission cannot direct that the balance of the arrear of interest be paid from the poor rate. Paper Number: 1391/B/1846. Poor Law Union Number 613. Counties: Glamorganshire and Monmouthshire. |
