Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission, to Thomas Watkins, Clerk to the Guardians of the Cardiff Poor Law Union, acknowledging the receipt of his letter of 11 May 1846, stating the reasons for the proposed alteration of the relief districts of the Cardiff Poor Law Union described in Watkins letter of 27 April 1846.
