Description | Folio 451. Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission, to Reverend John M Traherne (2 Clarence Terrace, Leamington), of the Cardiff Poor Law Union, acknowledging the receipt of his letters of 17 June 1846 and 19 June 1846 on the subject of a motion Traherne intended to submit to the board of guardians of the Cardiff Poor Law Union, asking for the Commission's opinion on whether the board was bound to give notice to individual guardians.
