Description | Folios 8-9. Letter from the Poor Law Commission, to Mr W A Greening Guardian, Bromsgrove Poor Law Union, confirming it is the decision of justices to determine the dates for holding special sessions for hearing appeals and further for the whole year. Further instructions relating to above previous court case: R v Sparrow/Bott 25. Referring to form for making a church rate the Commissioners decision is the same forms should be followed as the poor rate. Paper Number: 1509/C/1839. Poor Law Union Number 526.
