Description Folios 47-50. Letter from [William Augustine Greening], Bromsgrove, to the Poor Law Commission, requesting a reply to his letter of the 24 March. He also asks if it would invalidate the vote if voting papers were taken from the voters before the day of election and also if it could be proved that the overseers neglected to ask for the voting papers on the day of election would the return made by the overseers be void? He also sends two examples of voting papers filled in differently and asks which would be the proper manner of filling in and whether overseers might reject one or other.
