Description | Folio 142. Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to Thomas Day, Clerk to the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union, apologising that owing to pressure of work the Commission have not been able to fully address the problem of relieving the poor during illness. Information will be sent to board of guardians throughout the country as soon as possible. The guardians are referred to the second annual report in respect of medical clubs as produced by [W Todd Pratt]. Paper Number: 6612/B/1839. Poor Law Union Number 526.
