Description | Folio 262. Letter from Joseph Reynolds, New House, Rock, near Stourport, to the Poor Law Commission. He states that he owns three cottages in Stoke, Bromsgrove, which for twenty years have been let to house paupers. No rent has been paid for three years as officers of the union claim they are not permitted to make such payment. He asks how he might recover the rent and possession. Paper Number: 4148/B/1840.
