Description Folios 134-135. Letter from J Staines, Newport Pagnell Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission, requesting the enclosed [not included] be forwarded to Mr Baker who has written stating objections to the plan adopted by William Cripps to the migration of a family named Thickpenny from the Parish. Cripps will respond as soon as he returns from Scotland.
