Description | Folios 127-128. Draft letter from Poor Law Commission, to Samuel King, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, regarding medical arrangements in Number 5 District. Following on being furnished with the necessary qualification of Peter Raven the younger the Commission are prepared to split the district in half between the two men. The Commission also request confirmation that the two men will cover for each other when required as per the medical order. Once this has been agreed they will complete the transaction. [Folio 128 is the year guard]. Paper Number: 17298/B/1843. Poor Law Union Number 302. Counties: Norfolk. |
