Description | John Wilson Croker. Captain Parker has asked for two 6-oared galleys to be supplied to the St Vincent for a rowing guard. Give details of what boats are allowed for ships of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd rates. No complaints have been made of the scarcity of the boats allowed and hitherto galleys have only been supplied to ships suppressing smuggling. |
