Description | Folios 65-67. Memorial of Abraham Bosomworth, with an account of sundries supplied by one of the officers commanding in Georgia for the [Muscogee] Creek Indians, to Este Paechi headman of the Cussitas, Astulli young king of the Cowetas, and to Malatchi the Emperor (totalling £369 12s 1d). Relating to the outstanding expenses in 1747 that were due to [Mary Musgrove] the wife of the memorialist's brother [Reverend Thomas Bosomworth] for her [Mrs Bosomworth's] services to the colony as interpreter and trader with the Creeks (the account includes £20 'To her Trouble and Expenses going down to Frederica'). |
