Part 13 is the account of Edmund Tylney for the year 1 November 1604 to 31 October 1605, appending a list of plays performed at Court which includes seven by Shakespeare. Also known as the ?disputed Revels Accounts? as its authenticity was questioned in the nineteenth century, but research by the Deputy Keeper of the Public Records A.E. Stamp published in 1925 proved it was genuine. Facsimile printed in A.E. Stamp ?The Disputed Revels Accounts?, and transcription printed in Samuel Tannenbaum ?Shakespeare Forgeries in the Revels Accounts?. |
