Description

Reports, accounts and returns made to the Board of Trade, plus registers kept by it and various other papers.

Includes papers referred to as 'Trade Miscellanies'. The series contains some papers of Pitt's original board of 1784, known as first committee papers.

Arrangement

BT 6/253-278 are in-letters and are referred to in the minutes, but are not always easy to trace from them, except that BT 6/253-261 form a numbered series of 'Trade Miscellanies' which are noted as such in the minute books.
