Description

Norfolk: Middleton. Plan showing named common and pasture land, meadows, woods, marshes, reed fen; dykes and sewers, bridge, roads, droveways; towns of Middleton and Mintlyn. Castle, houses, gates (disproportionately large) drawn in perspective. Some text written upside down in lower half of map. The course of the droveway from Haveloys House has been altered. No scale shown. To show common land and marsh in dispute between the Middleton men and Mr Thoresby.
