Description | This series comprises copies of out-letters from the Secretary of State for the Colonies relating to Western Australia, addressed to the Governor, government departments and individuals. At the back of each volume is a precis of each letter, giving recipient, date of letter, subject matter and page number. After 1873 the practice of maintaining a separate series of out-letters was discontinued. |
