In 1881 Gorrequer's estate became the subject of an action in the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice and these papers were ordered to be deposited in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature. Arising from proceedings in the same action in the 1850s the papers were at one time in the chambers of Master Tinney of the High Court of Chancery. |
