Courts-Martial Appeal Court: Case Files

This series consists of all case files of the Courts-Martial Appeal Court except for some early files which have not survived. These files contain correspondence and papers of the court registrar, arising from the submisssion by the convicted person, or his legal representative, of notice of appeal. In most cases the files are accompanied by a transcript of the original proceedings, and, where leave to appeal is granted, its determination is noted.
